The protection of your personal data is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we process your data exclusively in accordance with the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

1. Responsible:

2. Data Protection Officer

There is no dedicated Data Protection Officer. Instead, please contact the responsible party (see above).

3. Legal Basis and Purposes of Processing

The legal basis for the collection, storage, and processing of personal data is based on Article 6 of the GDPR, in particular paragraph 1, points:

  • Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

  • Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, particularly where the data subject is a child.

If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, your provided data will be stored by us for twelve months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

4. Scope of Data Stored

We collect, store, and process only the data that is truly relevant or necessary for our activities or to comply with our legal and contractual obligations.

5. Origin of Data

We primarily work with data that you provide to us. This can occur via email, on a business card, through a contact form, correspondence, phone calls, or in other ways. Additionally, we may complement the data with information from publicly accessible sources (e.g., your website, phone book, industry directories, etc.).

6. Data Sharing

Data transfer to third parties does not take place, except to companies with whom we have concluded a data processing agreement. If personal data is stored on our smartphones, a copy of this data is stored with Google or Apple.

7- Duration of Storage

There are no fixed retention periods, as it cannot be predetermined how long a customer/partner/etc. should or must be contacted. An annual manual review of the data is carried out by the responsible party, during which data that is highly likely no longer needed for future contact and has no other reason for further storage is deleted.

8. Your rights

We hereby inform you of your right to request information from the data controller about the personal data in question, as well as your right to rectification or erasure, or to restriction of processing, or to object to processing, as well as your right to data portability.

If there are doubts about your identity in a request for information on personal data from the data controller, your identity may need to be verified. Such doubts typically arise in telephone inquiries or inquiries from a fictitious email address. If there are no doubts about your identity or if your identity has been confirmed, we will respond to your request for information on personal data within 4 weeks.

Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

9. Required Data

If you enter into a contractual relationship with us as a customer, supplier, or business partner, you are required to provide us with the necessary data (including personal data) and to give us your consent for the storage and processing of this data. If you do not grant us this consent or withdraw it at a later date, this may result in our inability to fulfill our contractual obligations. Please note that legitimate financial claims on our part will remain unaffected in such a case, and we will insist on them.

10. Profiling or Automated Decisin-Making

Based on your personal data, no automated decision-making takes place. If you are a customer with us, a categorization is made based on the adherence to your payment terms. However, no automated decisions or actions are derived from this.
